Homemade award ribbons

I host a pumpkin decorating contest at school and I always make the award ribbons.  Here is this years batch.  Three winners per grade level.

    I really like the ribbons you made. Do you have a how-to? I think that could be very helpful for those of us who do not want to spend money on ribbons.
